By signing in to The Studio at www.clooki.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CLOOKI PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us").
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract under your governing law. If you are using The Studio on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You sign in via Google. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use. Notify us at support@clooki.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Studio provides AI-assisted image and video generation tools that operate on inputs you provide. Outputs are produced by third-party models (Google Gemini, Google Veo, and similar) and are not deterministic — the same input may produce different outputs over time. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, level of quality, or commercial usability.
Ownership. You retain ownership of the inputs you upload (garment photos, prompts, briefs) and, to the extent permitted by applicable IP law, of the AI-generated outputs derived from them. AI outputs may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions — you accept this risk.
License to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely to provide the service you requested (including transmission to AI processors as described in our Privacy Policy). This license ends when the processing is complete.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, refund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement.
The Studio is priced in credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform. Charges for individual actions (analysis, generation, etc.) are shown before the action runs. Refund policy: failed generations (system error, invalid output) are auto-refunded. Successful generations you simply dislike are not refundable, given the irreversible compute cost. Unused credit balances are refundable within 7 days of the original purchase if no generations have been performed against them; contact support@clooki.com. Referral rewards are governed by the separate Referral Program Terms.
The service depends on Google (Identity, Drive, Gemini, Veo), Supabase, Vercel, and Razorpay. Outages or policy changes at any of these may affect availability. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@clooki.com. On closure, AI-generated assets remain in your Drive (per drive.file scope, we cannot delete them — that's between you and Google).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of The Studio is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹10,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify CLOOKI PRIVATE LIMITED against any claim arising from your inputs, your outputs (where you use them outside the service), your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, India, except that consumers in other jurisdictions retain their mandatory local-law rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the app at sign-in. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
